One of our most popular products is gold bullion, which is the most liquid form of a gold investment on the market. There is a low premium charged on this product, making it ideal for investors interested in a pure gold product. We offer four main forms of gold bullion: American Gold Eagles, Canadian Gold Maple Leaves, South African Krugerrrands, and Pamp Suisse Gold Bars.
American Eagles are perhaps the most common form of gold bullion sold today. They got their start in 1986. All American Eagles are backed by the United States Mint. They contain .9167 fine gold, or 22 karats.
Canadian Maple Leaves, on the other hand, are the purest gold coin issued in the world. They contain .9999 fine gold, or 24 karats. Only the Maple Leaves minted between 1979 and 1981 contain this high percentage of gold, with virtually no metal base.
Krugerrands are another popular form of gold bullion offered. They are an official legal tender in South Africa, although they are not intended to be used as currency. This coin was the first produced to contain exactly one ounce of fine gold. It weighs 1.0909 ounces, the remainder of its makeup is copper. Lastly, Pamp Suisse Gold Bars are produced in Switzerland. They contain one ounce of 99.99% pure gold. The manufacturer of these bars is highly respected. Each coin comes individually registered.
We also offer a range of silver bullion for sale. The first form of silver bullion is the 90% U.S. silver coin bags, which are a popular choice for silver investors. These bags contain silver coins circulated in the US before 1965. Each bag contains all half-dollars, quarters or dimes. Each bag has a face value of $1,000. 100-ounce silver bars are another great way to buy silver bullion at a low premium. We offer Engelhard and Johnson Matthey bars, which can be easily liquidated. In addition, we offer American Silver Eagles, which are the official silver bullion coin of the U.S. Silver rounds. They are also easily sold, bought, stacked and stored.
In addition to our gold and silver bullion, we offer investment-grade coins. These coins are sold at a higher premium than bullion because they have a collector’s value as well as a market price for gold. We currently sell Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle coins, Indian Head gold coins and Liberty Head coins. The Saint-Gaudens was first minted in 1907. Only 12,367 were first struck. This is considered to be one of the most beautiful and highly collectible gold coins ever produced. Indian Head gold coins were featured on $2.50 quarter eagles and $5 half eagles. These unique coins were minted from 1908 to 1916. The Liberty Head coin was first issued in 1840 in $2.50, $5 and $10 denominations. These coins were produced through 1907 and are one of the most collectible coins in U.S. history.
